Will my tailored CV pass ATS?
Yes. We use single-column Markdown rendered to a Letter-format PDF with standard fonts, no tables, no images, no text-in-graphics. Tested against Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, and Ashby parsing.
Do you auto-submit applications?
No. We will never auto-submit. Recruiters block at-scale automation, and ghost-applications hurt response rates more than they help. You stay in control.
What if a fact is missing from my master?
We do not fabricate. The tailoring agent only re-orders, re-phrases, and surfaces what already exists in your master CV. Add new claims to your master if you want them in tailored outputs.
