By creating an account or using Offer Pilot, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
Offer Pilot provides AI-assisted resume tailoring, fit evaluation, and application-tracking tools. We do not submit applications on your behalf; you review and submit your own materials (human-in-the-loop by design).
3. Your account & content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, submit unlawful content, attempt to breach security, or misrepresent your experience. AI output may contain errors — review everything before you rely on it.
5. Plans & billing
Paid plans renew until canceled. Fees and credit limits are shown at checkout. Refunds are handled per our then-current policy.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
